Pacific Industries Ltd has announced the outcome of its Board meeting, where it considered and approved various items, including the Board of Directors Report, appointment of a scrutinizer for e-voting, and the notice of its 37th Annual General Meeting. The company has also dispensed with printing physical copies of its Annual Report, instead sending it to members who have registered their email ID.
