SOP-CReview/QTR-Jun-26 dated August 25, 2026 regarding non-compliance with the provisions of Regulation 19 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. In this regard, BSE Limited has levied a fine on the Company amounting to ₹51,920/- (Rupees Fifty-One Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty only), inclusive of GST @ 18%, comprising of Basic Fine of ₹44,000/- and GST of ₹7,920/-, in respect of the aforesaid non-compliance. The Company is examining the matter and the basis of levy of the aforesaid fine, particularly with respect to the alleged non-compliance relating to the constitution of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee under Regulation 19 of the SEBI LODR Regulations.
