Sub.: 71st Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Members of the Company and
cut-off date for e-voting
We inform you that the 71st AGM of the Members of the Company will be held on
Friday, 18th September, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing /
Other Audio Visual Means (“VC / OAVM”), in accordance with the applicable
circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange
Board of India.
The Company has fixed Friday, 11th September, 2026, as the “Cut-off Date” for the
purpose of determining the Members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the
Notice of the AGM and to attend the AGM.
