The Company wish to clarify that the Company is in process of identifying suitable candidate who should be a person of integrity with relevant expertise and experience in order to fill the vacancy caused by completion of tenure of Independent Director on the Board thereby complying with the provisions of Regulation 17 and Regulation 17(1) (c) of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015.
