We hereby confirm that the Company is in compliance with Regulation 30 and all other applicable Regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and has been making timely disclosures of all the events, announcements, price sensitive information or any information which have a bearing on the operations or the performance of the Company, etc., to the Stock Exchanges in a time bound manner. While we have also noticed movement in the price of our security in the recent past, however, we do not have any additional information/ announcement (including impending announcement) at this point of time which, in our opinion may have a bearing on the movement in the price behaviour of the Company’s scrip and needs to be reported/ disclosed to the Stock Exchanges. We are not aware of any reason for the significant movement observed in the price of our shares across Exchanges in the recent past, and the same appears to be market driven.
