With reference to the captioned subject, we hereby inform you that ISL has entered into a Business Transfer agreement (“BTA”) on August 25, 2026 with NTPL for sale/transfer of the Business undertaking of the ISL as a going concern for a lump sum consideration of INR 30 crore (Indian Rupees Thirty Crore only).
