Respected Sir/Madam, Dear Sir/Madam, In continuation to the Company's intimation dated August 13, 2026, whereby the Notice convening the 13th (Thirteenth) Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company scheduled to be held on Saturday, September 05, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. IST. through video conferencing (“VC”) /other Audio - Visual Means (“OAVM”) along with the Annual report for the financial year 2025-2026 was submitted to the stock exchange, a Corrigendum to AGM Notice is being issued and enclosed herewith pursuant to the observations raised by Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (“BSE”) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (“NSE”) dated August 18, 2026 and August 19, 2026 respectively, in relation to the in- principle application made by the Company towards issue and allotment of shares on preferential basis, on certain points under Notice and Explanatory Statement forming part of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) Notice dated August 13, 2026. Except as detailed in the corrigendum, all other contents of the Notice of the 13th (Thirteenth) AGM shall remain unchanged. This Corrigendum to the 13th (Thirteenth) Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Anlon Healthcare Limited is hereby issued pursuant to the observations raised by Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (“BSE”) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (“NSE”) dated August 18, 2026 and August 19, 2026 respectively, in relation to the in- principle application made by the Company towards issue and allotment of shares on preferential basis, on certain clauses under Notice and explanatory statement forming part of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) Notice dated August 13, 2026. This corrigendum shall form an integral part of the Notice of AGM which has already been circulated to shareholders of the Company via email dated August 14, 2026, and always be read in conjunction with this corrigendum.
