In this regard, we wish to inform you that Ather has allotted 76,19,047 (Seventy-Six Lakh Nineteen Thousand Forty-Seven) convertible warrants to the Company on a preferential basis (where each warrant is convertible into 1 equity share of Ather) at an issue price of INR 1,260 (Rupees One Thousand Two Hundred and Sixty Only) per warrant for an aggregate subscription amount of INR 959,99,99,220 (Rupees Nine Hundred and Fifty- Nine Crores Ninety -Nine Lakh Ninety -Nine Thousand Two Hundred and Twenty Only), in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018. An amount of INR 239,99,99,805 (Rupees Two Hundred Thirty-Nine Crores Ninety-Nine Lakh Ninety-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred and Five Only), equivalent to 25% of the issue price per warrant has been paid by the Company today, and the remaining 75% per warrant will be payable by the Company upon the exercise of the warrants by the Company at its option, into equity shares of Ather.
