Pursuant to Regulation 34 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we are enclosing the Notice convening 11th AGM of the Company (“Notice”) and Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26. In accordance with the aforesaid Circulars, the Notice and the Annual Report is being sent through electronic mode to the Members of the Company whose names appear in the register of Members/ register of beneficial owners maintained by the depositories on Friday, August 21, 2026 and whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/ registrar and share transfer agent (“RTA”)/ depositories/ depository participants (“DPs”). Further, pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company is also sending a letter to those Members whose E-mail IDs are not registered with the Company / RTA / Depositories, providing the weblinks for accessing the Notice convening the 11th AGM and Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26. The Company has appointed KFin Technologies Limited (“KFin”) as the e-voting agency. Members of the Company holding shares in demat or physical form on Friday, September 11, 2026 (“Cut-off date”) will have the opportunity to cast their vote, on all resolutions as set out in the AGM Notice by electronic means, through remote e-voting facility which shall commence on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 9:00 am (IST) and ends on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 5:00 pm (IST) or through e-voting at the AGM.
