Further, in accordance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations, the Company has dispatched a letter providing the weblink and QR code of the Notice of 3rd Annual General Meeting and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 to those Shareholders whose email IDs are not registered with the Company/RTA/Depositories. The Company has fixed Tuesday, September 15, 2026, as the “cut-o(cid:431) date” for determining the Members eligible to cast their vote through remote e-voting or through e-voting during the AGM, on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the 3rd AGM. The remote e-voting period shall commence from 9:00 a.m. (IST) on Saturday, September 19, 2026, and ends at 5:00 p.m. (IST) on Monday, September 21, 2026.
