This is with reference to our disclosure dated August 10, 2026, wherein the Company had
informed that the 44th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday,
September 17, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. IST (‘AGM’) through video conference and/or other audio-
visual means.
Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulation, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), we are submitting herewith Notice convening the
44th AGM and the Integrated Annual Report of the Company, including the Business
Responsibility and Sustainability Report, for the financial year 2025-26.
The Notice of the AGM and Integrated Annual Report is being sent by electronic mode to the
members of the Company whose e-mail IDs are registered with the Company / Registrar &
Share Transfer Agent of the Company (RTA)/ Depository Participants (DPs). As regards to
physical copy, the same will be provided to the members on a specific request.
Further, in terms of Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations, the Company has issued
letters to those shareholders, who have not registered their e-mail addresses with the
Company/RTA/DPs, providing the weblink and QR code for accessing the Annual Report.
A copy of the said letter is enclosed herewith.
The Annual Report is also available on the website of the Company at
https://www.zee.com/investors/investor-financials/ and the website of National Securities
Depository Limited at www.evoting.nsdl.com .
