This strategic move aims to bolster the bank's additional Tier II Capital. Additionally, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Sarjukumar Pravin Simaria as an Additional Director in the category of Whole Time Director for three years, effective June 22, 2026. Mr. Simaria will relinquish his current position as Chief Financial Officer to assume this new role.
