Book Closure The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Sunday, September 20, 2026 to Saturday, September 26, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 38th Annual General Meeting. 3. Cut-off Date for E-Voting The cut-off date for determining the eligibility of Members to vote through remote e-voting and at the AGM shall be Saturday, September 19, 2026.
