Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the 33rd Annual Report for the Financial Year
2025-2026 along with Notice of 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on
Friday, 18th September, 2026 at 12.30 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (“VC”)/Other
Audio Visual Means (“OAVM”).
Further, in compliance with the relevant Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate
Affairs, relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Securities and Exchange Board
of India, the Company is offering facility of remote e-voting and e-voting facility during the
AGM to all the shareholders of the Company in respect of the businesses to be transacted at
the 33rd AGM. For this purpose, the Company has engaged Central Depository Services
(India) Ltd. as its Authorized Agency.
The Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 along with the Notice of the 33rd AGM is
also available on the website of the Company at www.choksilab.in

Limited for the financial year 2025–26. On behalf of the Board of Directors, I extend my

The year under review was marked by evolving regulatory requirements, increasing
emphasis on quality assurance and a growing demand for reliable analytical testing
services across industries. In this dynamic environment, Choksi Laboratories
continued to strengthen its position as a trusted provider of comprehensive testing,
inspection and analytical solutions. Our unwavering commitment to scientific
excellence, technical competence and customer satisfaction enabled us to deliver
accurate, reliable and timely services across pharmaceuticals, food & beverages,
