Mr. Mayank Chawla (DIN: 06391962) as Executive Director of the Company. 2. Mr. Mayank Chawla (DIN: 06391962)) as Whole Time Director and Chief Executive Director of the Company for a period of 5 (five) consecutive years. 3. Mr. Vikas Garg (DIN: 07871975) as a Non- Executive and Non – Independent Director of the Company. 4. Mr. Rahul Nagar (DIN: 09812836) as a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director of the Company. 5. Mr. Siba Narayan Panda (DIN: 09831293) as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. 6. Ms. Richa Kathuria (DIN: 07632571) as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. The aforesaid Directors were earlier appointed by the Board of Directors of the Company as Additional Directors with effect from June 09, 2026, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company. The requisite details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, read with the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, as amended from time to time, in respect of the aforesaid appointments were already intimated to the Stock Exchanges vide the Company's letter dated June 09, 2026.
