Further on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has considered the appointment of M/s. Jain Shrimal and Co., Chartered Accountants (FRN: 001704C), as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of five consecutive years commencing from the conclusion of the ensuing 8th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 13th Annual General Meeting, subject to approval of the shareholders.
