In accordance with the circular dated June 20, 2018, issued by the Stock Exchange, it is confirmed that Ms. Sheuli Sandeep Mukharjee (DIN: 11862995) is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or any other such authority. The appointment shall be subject to the approval of Members at the next general meeting of the Company and in compliance with Regulation 17(1C) and Regulation 25(2A) of the Listing Regulations and the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
