Dear Sir/Madam, This is in furtherance to our letter dated 21st May, 2026, wherein it was informed that the Board of Directors of Sandhar Technologies Limited (“Company”) in its meeting held on 21st May, 2026, had inter-alia recommended Final Dividend of INR 4.00/- (i.e. 40.00%) per equity share of face value of INR 10/- each for Financial Year 2025-26, subject to approval of shareholders in the 34th Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). Pursuant to the Regulation 42 of Listing Regulations, the Board at its meeting held on 11th August, 2026, has fixed Friday, 11th September, 2026 as the Record Date for determining entitlement of Members eligible for Dividend. The dividend upon approval by the shareholders will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM, subject to deduction of tax at source to those member(s) or their mandates: whose names appear as Beneficial Owners at the end of business hours on 11th September, 2026 in the lists of Beneficial Owners furnished by National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited in respect of the shares held in electronic form; Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 12th September, 2026 till Tuesday, 22nd September, 2026 (both days inclusive).
