Letter of Offer and other issue materials to be filed with the BSE Limited (‘BSE’) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (‘NSE’) any other authority, as applicable and will be dispatched to the Eligible Equity Shareholders of the Company as on the Record Date i.e. Tuesday, 25th August, 2026. 2. Further, no withdrawal of Application shall be permitted by any Applicant after the Issue Closing Date. 3.
