EXTRACT OF THE NOTICE- 6TH COC MEETING The 6th Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) of Telephone Cables Limited was convened on 02nd June 2026 at 04:30 P.M. at SCO 818, 1st Floor, NAC, Manimajra, Chandigarh, with the facility to participate through video conferencing (Zoom Platform). The Committee took note of the actions undertaken by the Resolution Professional, including the status of claims, Information Memorandum, valuation process, and provisional list of Prospective Resolution Applicants. The CoC deliberated on the requirement of interim finance for meeting CIRP expenses and other ongoing CIRP developments.
