Towers, Bandra(E), Dalal Street, Mumbai – 400051 Mumbai – 400 001 NSE Symbol - DATAPATTNS Company Code: 543428 Sub: Disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Dear Sir/ Madam, Further to our letter No. SEC/SE/050/2026-27 dated July 30, 2026 intimating the proposed acquisition of ST Advanced Composites Private Limited, we wish to inform you that the execution of Share Purchase Agreement between the parties has been completed today ie., August 25, 2026, for acquiring 100% of equity shares of ST Advanced Composites Private Limited (“Target Company”) for a total consideration of about Rs. 10 Crores (Rs.1.50 Cr. to the Promoters towards acquisition of Equity Shares and Rs.8.50 Cr. as a loan to the Target Company to enable it to settle its liabilities. The acquisition is subject to fulfilment of certain customary conditions precedent and other terms and conditions agreed under the Share Purchase Agreement. Upon completion of the said transaction, the Company shall hold 100% stake in ST Advanced Composites Private Limited, held directly on a fully converted and diluted basis, and accordingly, ST Advanced Composites Private Limited shall become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
