c. A brief on types of customers:
We serve a broad and diverse customer base across the financial and commercial sectors. Our key customers include banks, non-
banking financial companies (NBFCs), e-commerce companies, organized retail chains, and other financial and non-financial
institutions. We provide secure and efficient services, including cash pick-up and delivery, network currency management,
cash processing, and other value-added cash management solutions. Through our Radiant Valuables Logistics division, we also
cater to the specialized logistics requirements of jewellery stores.

All employees of RCMS are classified as either permanent or other-than-permanent employees. The company does not maintain
a separate employee category under the term “workers.” In addition to its workforce, RCMS engaged 7,236 service providers as
on March 31, 2026, on a part-time, temporary, or casual basis. These service providers support the Company’s operations across
various locations and functions and play a significant role in the delivery of its cash management and valuables logistics services.
