Notice convening 33rd Annual General Meeting 2026

Piccadily Sugar & Allied Industries Ltd has convened its 33rd Annual General Meeting 2026 to be held on September 25th, 2026, through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) to transact the following business: to receive, consider and adopt the Standalone Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and to appoint a Director in place of Mr. Naveen Pawar, who retires by rotation at this Annual General Meeting.
