Veedol Corporation Limited has submitted the Exchange the E-Voting Results of the 103rd Annual General Meeting of the Company, along with Scrutinizer's Report. The meeting was held on August 24, 2026, through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means. The resolutions contained in the AGM Notice of the Company dated May 20, 2026, were passed by the shareholders. The company has confirmed the payment of first and second interim dividends and declared final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The resolution to appoint a Director in place of Shri Ananta Mohan Singh was also passed.
