The proposed land acquisition is being undertaken by Viyom Steel Infra Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, in furtherance of the Company's strategic expansion plans into infrastructure-related manufacturing activities, including manufacturing of transmission towers, monopoles, crash barriers, octagonal poles, high mast poles, pre- fabricated structures and other allied products. Further, disclosure as required under Reg. 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD- POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed hereunder as Annexure A.
