General Updates

Leela Palaces Hotels & Resorts Limited has granted 21,61,729 employee stock options to eligible employees under the Leela Employee Stock Option Scheme 2024. The options are convertible into one fully paid-up equity share having a face value of INR 10 each, with an exercise price of INR 435 per option. The exercise period shall be maximum 5 years from the date of vesting.
