It is now submitted that the Hon’ble Delhi High Court at its hearing held on August 24, 2026, has re-notified the matter to be listed on December 16, 2026 (next date of hearing) and till such time stay granted by Hon’ble Delhi High Court shall continue to be in force. Any material update in the matter will be intimated to the stock exchanges in due course of time. This is for your information and records.
