The disclosure of information as required pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with Schedule III thereto and the SEBI Master Circular is enclosed herewith as Annexure A. A copy of the resignation communication received from Mr. Vikas Maheshwari is enclosed herewith as Annexure B. The Company has identified a prospective candidate for the position of CFO. The proposed appointment is subject to completion of the requisite formalities and such other matters as may be considered necessary by the Company.
