Outcome of Board meeting-AGM Agenda and other business matters- 25th August, 2026

Vashishtha Luxury Fashion Ltd's Board of Directors met on August 25, 2026, and approved the appointment of SMNK & Co. as Statutory Auditors for a term of 5 years, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also approved the Notice convening the 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 22, 2026, and appointed R.B. Tanna & Associates as the Scrutinizer for conducting the remote e-voting process.
