Consequent to the allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank increased from Rs. 62,775,573,950 /- consisting of 31,387,786,975 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 62,776,591,498/- consisting of 31,388,295,749 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
