Dear Sir, Sub: Scrutinizeros Report on Remote e-Yoting of Postal Ballot of POWERGRII) Infrastructure Investment Trust (PGInvIT). I, Arvind Kohli, Company Secretary in Practice, have been appointed as the Scrutinizer by the Board of Directors of POWERGRID Unchahar Transmission Limited, the lnvestment Manager of POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust (PGInvIT) (SEBI Registration Number: IN/InvITl20-21/0016), to scrutinise the Remote e-Voting process of postal ballot cf PGInvIT, commenced on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 9.00 a.m. (IST) and ended on Monday, August 24,2026 at 5.00 p.m. (IST). As per the Regulation22(2)(b) of the SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations,2Al4 read with SEBI Master Circular, for any matter requiring approval of the Unitholders, voting may also be done by postal ballot or electronic mode. Pursuant to this, PGInvIT sought the approval of the Unitholders on the resolution as set forth in the Notice of Postal Ballot through Remote e-voting. The Notice of Postal Ballot was sent on Monday, August 3, 2026 through electronic mode to those unitholders whose e-mail addresses were registered with PGInvIT/ Depositories in compliance with the InvIT Regulations and SEBI Circulars. The Notice was also uploaded on PGlnvIT's website at www.pginvit.in, websites of the Stock Exchanges i.e. BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited at myw,bseindia.com and respectively, and on the website of KIin Technologies Limited at The Investment Manager had availed the e-Voting facility offered by KFin Technologies Limited ("KFin") for participation in the postal ballol for voting through remote e-voting. Unitholders of PGInvIT holding units as on the cut-offdate i.e. Friday, July 31,2026, were allowed to cast their vote by remote e-Voting.
