The Hon’ble NCLT, after considering the submissions and facts of the matter, approved the appointment of Mr. Bimal Kumar Agarwal as the Resolution Professional and accordingly allowed and disposed of .A. No. 3523 of 2026. The Company continues to remain under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (“CIRP”) in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and the regulations made thereunder.
