Panama Petrochem Limited has informed the Exchange regarding voting results of Annual General Meeting held on August 24, 2026. The company received 92.02% votes in favor for Resolution 1 to receive, consider and adopt the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company also received 100% votes in favor for Resolution 2 to declare Dividend on Equity Shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Resolution 3 to appoint a Director in place of Mr. Arif Rayani was passed with 96.13% votes in favor. Resolution 4 to ratify remuneration payable to Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27 was passed with 100% votes in favor.
