Pursuant to regulation 30 read with sub-para 20 of Para B of Part A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to intimate that the Department has preferred an appeal before the Hon'ble Allahabad High Court against the aforesaid order passed by the Hon'ble CESTAT, Allahabad. The matter is presently at the stage of admission, and no interim order has been passed by the Hon'ble High Court. The Company believes that it has a strong case on merits and shall continue to take all necessary legal steps to defend the matter. Kindly take the same on your record.
