Company has been requested to ‘provide you with any information/announcement (including impending pronouncement) which in Company’s opinion may have a bearing on the price behaviour in the scrip” In response, it is respectfully submitted that the Company neither has any information not made any announcement and there is no pending pronouncement which could have any bearing on the price behaviour of the shares of the Company.
