CS/NSE/2026/1347 dated August 21, 2026 This is for the kind information that as pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and with reference to the disclosure submitted by Madras Fertilizers Limited (“the Company”) regarding the appointment of Shri Dipesh Kumar and Shri Ravada Satyanarayana as Non-Official Independent Directors on the Board of the Company, it is hereby informed that the dates of appointment of the aforesaid Directors were inadvertently mentioned incorrectly in the earlier disclosure. In the said disclosure, the date of appointment of Shri Dipesh Kumar (DIN: 11904399) was inadvertently mentioned as April 20, 2026, instead of the correct date of appointment, i.e. August 20, 2026. Similarly, the date of appointment of Shri Ravada Satyanarayana (DIN: 11905587) was inadvertently mentioned as April 21, 2026, instead of the correct date of appointment, i.e. August 21, 2026. Accordingly, the correct dates of appointment of the aforesaid Non-Official Independent Directors on the Board of Madras Fertilizers Limited are as follows: Name DIN Correct Date of Appointment Shri Dipesh Kumar 11904399 August 20, 2026 Shri Ravada Satyanarayana 11905587 August 21, 2026 All other particulars contained in the earlier disclosure remain unchanged. The Company requests the Stock Exchange to kindly take note of and disseminate the aforesaid corrected dates of appointment in place of the dates inadvertently mentioned in the earlier disclosure.
