Phase 1 and 3 of the project have already received RERA registration and the project is expected to be launched by mid October 2026. The project has an estimated saleable area of 21 lakh sq. ft. with Gross Sales Value (GDV) of around Rs. 3,700 crores. With this, total GDV of all projects of the Company stands increased to Rs. 27,308 crores. Please take the aforesaid intimation on record.
