Pursuant to the Company’s “Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading
in Securities by Insiders of the Company”, provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider
Trading) Regulations, 2015 and further to the NSE letter bearing reference no.
NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 2, 2019 and BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20
dated April 2, 2019, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for
all the Insiders, Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) will remain
closed from Wednesday, 1st July, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of
the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial
Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 shall be intimated separately in due course.
