The proposed demand pertains to four years from FY 2020-21 to FY 2023- 24, amounting Rs.15.41 crores Expected financial implications, The Company believes it has sufficient documentary if any, due to compensation, evidence in support of its position and is confident penalty etc that, upon consideration of the submissions and supporting records, the matter would be appropriately resolved.
