In line with the aforesaid approval, a novation agreement has been executed today between JSW Utkal and JSW Jatadhar, for the development of captive jetty, as mentioned hereinbefore, at Jatadhar Muhan in Jagatsinghpur district of Odisha. The Company was informed about the execution of the said agreement through email on 7th July, 2026 i.e., today at around 2.20 p.m. The above is for your information and record.
