January 30, 2026 as amended from time to time, is enclosed as “Annexure — B”.
3. Approval for enhancement of Lithium Batteries manufacturing capacities by 1 GWh at the Ratlam
Plant, Madhya Pradesh
The details as required under the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular dated
January 30, 2026 as amended from time to time, is enclosed as “Annexure - C”.
4. Approval for establishment of 1 GWh Tubular Batteries’ manufacturing facility at Hathras, Uttar
Pradesh
The details as required under the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular dated
January 30, 2026 as amended from time to time, is enclosed as “Annexure - D”.

expansion at the same facility.

capacity, the lithium battery manufacturing
capacity at the Ratlam Plant is expected to
reach approximately 3.5 GWh.
