Intimation about appointment of Additional Directors (Non-executive Independent)

Shashijit Infraprojects Ltd has appointed two new independent directors, Ms. Asha Shravankumar Khedia and Mr. Santosh Kumar Purohit, to its board of directors. The appointments are effective from August 24, 2026, and are subject to approval by the company's shareholders at the ensuing AGM. Both directors have extensive experience in their respective fields and meet the criteria for independence prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
