The Company is not falling within the purview of Regulation 34(2)(f) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, however, your Company has formulated a Policy on Business Responsibility (“Policy”), which lays down the broad principles to guide the Company in delivering its various responsibilities to its stakeholders.
