Pervasive Commodities Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Chandrakant Ramniklal Soni as an Additional Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director and Mr. Fagun Chandrakant Soni as the Chief Financial Officer, effective August 24, 2026. The company has also taken note of the resignations of Mrs. Parulben Dharmeshkumar Dataniya and Mr. Dharmeshkumar Zinabhai Dataniya from their respective positions.
