for the financial year 2025-26 which is being circulated to the members through electronic mode for the AGM
to be held on Friday, September 18, 2026, at 11:00 AM (IST) through Video Conferencing (‘VC’) / Other
Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM’).

Book Closure and Record Date:
The Register of members and share Transfer books of the Company will remain Closed from September 12,
2026 to September 18, 2026 (both days inclusive) and the Record date will be September 11, 2026, for
taking record of the members of the company for the purpose of 14th Annual General Meeting for the FY 2025-
Details of Remote e-voting and the electronic voting at the AGM are as follows:
The remote e-voting period begins on September 15, 2026 at 09:00 A.M. and ends on September 17, 2026
at 05:00 P.M. The remote e-voting facility shall be disabled by NSDL for voting thereafter. The Members,
whose names appear in the Register of Members / Beneficial Owners as on the record date (cut-off date) i.e.
September 11, 2026 may cast their vote electronically.
