Dear Sir/ Madam,
We are pleased to inform you that the 39th Annual General Meeting (“39th AGM”) of the Members of Tinna
Rubber And Infrastructure Limited (“the Company”) is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026
at 11:00 A.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) facility to transact
the Ordinary and Special Business(s) as set out in the Notice of 39th AGM in compliance with the applicable
provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and other relevant circulars issued
by the MCA and the SEBI, from time to time.
The Company is providing e-voting facility for 39th AGM to the members through electronic voting platform
of NSDL. Members holding shares either in physical form or dematerialized form as on cut-off date i.e.
Tuesday, September 08, 2026 may cast their votes electronically on the resolutions included in the Notice of
39th AGM. The remote e-voting shall commence from 09:00 a.m. (IST) on Friday, September 11, 2026 and
shall end at 05:00 p.m. (IST) on Monday, September 14, 2026. The instructions on the process of e-voting,
including the manner in which the members holding shares in physical form or who have not registered their e-
mail address can cast their vote through e-voting, has been provided as part of Notice of 39th AGM.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with para A of part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015,
please find enclosed Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2025- 26.
