The Company is providing e-voting facility for 39th AGM to the members through electronic voting platform of NSDL. Members holding shares either in physical form or dematerialized form as on cut-off date i.e. Tuesday, September 08, 2026 may cast their votes electronically on the resolutions included in the Notice of 39th AGM. The remote e-voting shall commence from 09:00 a.m. (IST) on Friday, September 11, 2026 and shall end at 05:00 p.m. (IST) on Monday, September 14, 2026.
