Recommendation to the Members of the Company, the appointment of Mr. Rajeev Krishnamuralilal Agarwal (DIN: 07984221) as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years. Further, we hereby confirm that the aforesaid Directors have not been debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any such other authority.
