Bigger in performance.
Better in experience.
Stronger in value.
Hospitality today is measured by far more than exceptional
guest experiences. It is equally defined by operational
discipline, responsible business practices, sustainable
operations and the ability to enhance long-term asset
value.
Throughout FY 2025–26, Robust Hotels Limited
strengthened each of these pillars while delivering
improved financial performance, elevating service
excellence at Hyatt Regency Chennai and earning
international recognition for its sustainability efforts. Every
initiative undertaken during the year reflected a broader
commitment: not merely to operate a successful hotel,
but to build an enduring hospitality enterprise that creates
lasting value for guests, shareholders, employees and the
communities it serves.
The year represented an important step forward for the
Company. Hyatt Regency Chennai delivered its highest
revenue and profitability since inception, supported by
a resilient demand environment, a more confident room
rate strategy and sustained momentum across Food and
Beverage, events and banqueting. At the same time,
the Company invested in product upgrades, employee
wellbeing, energy efficiency and operating systems
that will help strengthen the property’s relevance in an
increasingly competitive market.
For us, Bigger is about expanding the
opportunity before us.
Better is about continually raising the
standard with which we address it.
Robust Hotels Limited
A bigger year. A stronger
business.
The year reflected the benefits of healthy hospitality demand combined
with disciplined execution. Hyatt Regency Chennai continued to attract
business and leisure travellers while its dining, banqueting and event
offerings broadened engagement beyond accommodation.
This operating momentum translated into stronger financial outcomes.
Revenue increased, operating profitability strengthened and the
improvement at the bottom line was particularly encouraging.
The quality of the performance is equally important. The Company
continued to maintain a healthy balance sheet and adequate liquidity
while investing in the property. This provides Robust Hotels with the
financial flexibility to preserve asset quality and pursue opportunities
without compromising financial prudence.
The year therefore represented more than an improvement in numbers.
It demonstrated the ability of an established premium hospitality asset to
translate stronger market opportunities into sustainable financial value.

More reasons to Stay.
Dine. Meet. Celebrate.
A successful hotel today extends well beyond accommodation. It is a
place to stay, dine, conduct business, celebrate milestones and create
experiences.
This diversity continued to strengthen Hyatt Regency Chennai during
FY2025-26.
Stay
The Rooms business benefited from healthy corporate and leisure
demand. The improvement in average realisation alongside stable
occupancy demonstrates the hotel’s ability to command stronger
pricing while sustaining demand.
Dine
Food & Beverage continued to be an important contributor to the
hotel’s operating profile. The opportunity extends across resident
guests, local patrons, corporate customers and social occasions,
creating engagement that goes beyond the room stay.
Meet
Chennai’s position as a major corporate and industrial centre continues
to support meetings, conferences and business events. Hyatt Regency
Chennai’s location, hospitality infrastructure and service capabilities
enable it to participate meaningfully in this demand.
Celebrate
Weddings and social events remained important contributors
during the year. The ability to combine banqueting spaces, culinary
capabilities, accommodation and personalised service strengthens
the hotel’s positioning for celebrations and large gatherings.
Together, these demand segments create a more diversified
hospitality proposition and widen the opportunity to engage guests
across multiple occasions.
