MHP is a leading automotive and industrial consulting firm with expertise in business consulting, digital transformation, AI, software-defined mobility, SAP and manufacturing digitalization. This acquisition is a part of the strategic partnership between the Company and Porsche, to drive AI transformation, anchored in next-generation manufacturing technologies and software-defined mobility. Pursuant to the aforesaid approval, the Share Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) has been executed today to record the terms and conditions of the proposed acquisition. The completion of the acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals and fulfilment of conditions precedent as specified in the Agreement.
